Brief, specify, make, finish.
The sequence is the same for a kitchen run, a shop counter, or a household table. We do not skip the written sizes.
Brief
You describe the room and the job. We list what is still unknown: heights, services, and what must be stored.
Specify
We turn the brief into elevations and a cutting list. Materials and hardware are named on paper before they are ordered.
Make
Parts are cut and assembled against the drawing. Square, level, and the marked sizes are checked on the bench.
Finish
Edges, faces, and fittings get the agreed coat or oil. The piece is measured again before it is packed or collected.
What we send back in writing
After a usable brief we can reply with questions, a simple elevation note, or a statement that we cannot take the work. We do not publish lead times on this website because they depend on the piece and on current bench space.
What we will not do on this site
We will not take card payments, hold customer accounts, or show a live stock list. Those systems are not part of this information site.
