Scope

This website is a static information site at intellimach.xyz. It does not offer user accounts, comments, payments, or file uploads. It does not embed advertising networks, analytics products, or social media pixels.

Block Jam Grid is an offline colour-exit puzzle published by the same company. Play state stays on the device. Version 1.0.0 does not create an account and does not upload boards to servers operated by MAKE YOUR FURNITURE LTD.

Information we collect

If you email teshalea@intellimach.xyz, telephone +1 304-610-1153, write to the registered office, or use the Contact page form, we receive the details you choose to send, such as your name, return address, and the content of the enquiry. The contact form opens your email application and does not post that information to a server on this website.

How we use information

We use correspondence only to understand and reply to that enquiry, to keep a record of what was asked, and to meet legal duties that apply to a UK company. We do not sell personal information. We do not use correspondence to build advertising audiences. We do not use Block Jam Grid local progress for marketing because we do not hold that progress.

Cookies and similar technologies

These pages do not set analytics or advertising cookies. Your browser may store ordinary files that any static site uses for display. We do not use that storage to identify you across visits.

Fonts loaded from Google

The pages request typefaces from Google Fonts. Your browser contacts Google’s servers to fetch those files and may send technical data such as IP address. This site does not use Google Analytics, advertising pixels, or other advertising tags.

Block Jam Grid

Block Jam Grid is an offline puzzle. You slide coloured blocks on a grid so each goal piece leaves through a matching border exit before the move count runs out. Moves are axis-aligned. Daily Exit uses the calendar date already on the device. Stars, boosters, and local points are for play only and have no cash value.

• Daily Exit is seeded by the device date; the best stars for that date stay on the device
• Version 1.0.0 materials do not include an advertising SDK or an analytics SDK
• The app does not collect a name, email, or phone number from play

Data stored on the device (Block Jam Grid)

These files stay on the device you use. MAKE YOUR FURNITURE LTD does not keep a player account file for version 1.0.0 and does not pull this store from the device:

• Chapter and level progress, including cleared replay marks
• Stars, local points, and booster counts (Hint, Unlock, Clear path)
• Daily Exit best-star records keyed to the local calendar date
• Board theme selection (Grid Classic, Night Grid, Mint Grid) and unlock state
• Sound, haptics, and optional reminder switches
• Other settings needed to reopen the last board

If you use Clear progress in Settings, local game data on that device is deleted (stars, boosters, theme unlocks, and daily best). Uninstalling the app also removes that local store, subject to how the operating system handles leftover files.

Data we do not collect through the app

Version 1.0.0 does not ask for, and this policy does not claim collection of:

• Account credentials or profile photos
• Precise or approximate location
• Contacts, call logs, or SMS
• Camera, microphone, or gallery media for play
• Advertising identifiers used by us for ads
• Health, financial, or government ID data

We do not sell Block Jam Grid play data. We do not share play progress with advertisers because we do not receive that progress.

Optional reminders

A local reminder is off by default. Core puzzles work without notifications. We only notify if you turn reminders on. The app does not need contacts or location to run.

If a later version adds a network feature, an advertisement, or an analytics tool, this page will be updated before or when that change ships.

Retention

Letters and any later electronic messages are kept for as long as needed to complete the enquiry and to meet record-keeping duties, then securely discarded. App progress lives on your device until you clear it or uninstall.

Your rights

If UK data protection law applies to information you have sent us, you may ask for access, correction, or deletion, or raise a complaint with the Information Commissioner’s Office. Send requests to teshalea@intellimach.xyz or in writing to the registered office. We can delete copies of messages you sent us. We cannot remotely delete progress that exists only on your device; use Clear progress or uninstall for that.

Children

This website is aimed at adults making furniture enquiries or reading company information. Block Jam Grid is a general-audience puzzle. Neither is directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the app. If you believe a child sent us personal information by email, write to teshalea@intellimach.xyz and we will delete that message when we can identify it.

Changes

If the site starts to use a new contact channel or a tracking technology, or if a later version of Block Jam Grid collects data that is not stored only on the device, this policy will be updated and the effective date will change.
